Terms of Service
By commissioning me you agree that:
- Whether I post what I do or not is my own decision, I might charge extra if you WANT me doing either.
- I will work on it at my own pace.
- Refund is only available if your work isn't done 3 months after the payment.
- I may charge extra depending on complexity.
- Payment is upfront and paypal only (no eChecks).
- Your spot will only be assured after the payment.
- Upload your commissioned arts anywhere you want.
- Crop it to use as icons, banners or anything you see fit.
- Print it any way you want.
- Edit the art in any way, that includes removing the watermark, recolor or anything related.
- Sell it, That includes selling prints, dakimakuras or even the digital files.
- Any gender
- Any character that passes the Harkness test
- Any sexual orientation
- Adult characters only
- Minors
- Extreme violence or gore
- Sexual hyper
- Watersports
- Once I start working on your commission and have something to show like a sketch, I'll poke you with link to it.
- There are basically two major steps, the finished sketch step and the finished flats step, after those are approved, there's no changing back after, unless the necessary fixes after that are minor.
- Depending on how far I am before those major steps, you can make as many changes as you want to the idea like different poses, characters, colors, scenary, etc. Make sure if you ask if it's possible first.
- Even though there're major steps, I'll still poke you often with any updates I believe are important to be approved.
- Sometimes I work on several commissions at the same time, so updates can vary from hours to days.
- Sometimes I might forget to notify you about minor updates, so it's okay to check the link every now and then.
- You can download and keep the files from each step if you want, I don't keep them myself so keep that in mind.
